Moncreiffe Hill is a long, wooded ridge that lies south of Perth, Scotland. It can be easily seen on the right during the final stages of the drive north towards Perth on the M90 motorway.

It divides the River Tay into two channels as it flows through Perth, and is crossed by the single-track Tay Viaduct, carrying the Scottish Central Railway. Moncreiffe Island is situated 1½ miles north of Moncrieffe Hill Fort.
