Dunkeld & Birnam railway station serves the town of Dunkeld and village of Birnam in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is located on the Highland Main Line, 15 miles 31 chains north of Perth and is the first stop on the line north of there, before Pitlochry. Dunkeld & Birnam railway station is situated 700 feet south of Birnam Arts.

The Birnam Oak is an example of Sessile oak at Birnam, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Sometimes known as Macbeth's oak, as it is a relic of Birnam Wood, mentioned in William Shakespeare's play, the tree is found in a strip of woodland on the south bank of the River Tay. Birnam Oak is situated 1,100 feet north of Birnam Arts.

Birnam is a village in the Highland part of Perth and Kinross, which grew up in the 19th century as a resort town when the railway reached it. It's on the west bank of the River Tay, which here makes an S-bend, so it becomes the south bank.

The Hermitage is a National Trust for Scotland-protected site in Dunkeld, Perth and Kinross. Located just to the west of the A9, it sits on the banks of the River Braan in Craigvinean Forest.
