Sri Sivan Temple is a Hindu temple in Singapore for the god Shiva. The temple was originally located in Potong Pasir from where it was moved three more times before finally coming to the present location, adjacent to Foo Hai Ch'an Buddhist Monastery, in front of Paya Lebar MRT station exit C at Geylang East Avenue 2. Sri Sivan Temple is situated 260 metres southeast of Geylang East Central.

Located along Geylang East Avenue 1 within walking distance of Aljunied MRT station, it serves the residents of the Eastern areas of Aljunied, Geylang East, Geylang West, Geylang Serai, Jalan Besar, Eunos, Kampong Ubi, Kallang, MacPherson, Lavender, Kaki Bukit and Sims Drive. Geylang East Public Library is situated 350 metres southwest of Geylang East Central.
